These terms apply to the use of the website miniwest.dev. It is a private, non-commercial website by Nicklas Haken. No contracts are concluded and no paid services are offered through this website. The services of MiniWest Cloud, AS215666 and fish-ns.de are governed by their own terms.

2. Content

I maintain the content carefully but give no guarantee that it is complete, correct and up to date. Technical details (e.g. hardware or setups) describe my own setup and are not recommendations or instructions. If you rebuild any of it, you do so at your own risk.

3. Links to other sites

This website links to external sites. I have no influence on their content; their operators are responsible for it. No legal violations were apparent at the time of linking. If I become aware of any, I will remove the link.

4. Copyright

Texts, graphics and the logo on this website are protected by copyright. Reuse requires my permission, just send me a message. The fonts used (Departure Mono, Geist Mono) are licensed under the SIL Open Font License.

5. Availability

This website runs on my own infrastructure. I aim for stable operation but cannot guarantee constant availability. Maintenance and rebuilds happen.

6. Liability

I am liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, liability for the free use of this website is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

7. Governing law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
